1. Shipping and Delivery

1.1 Shipping Timeline

Orders are processed and shipped within 7 to 10 working days from the date of purchase confirmation. Please note that working days exclude Fridays, Saturdays, and official public holidays.

1.2 Shipping Costs

All orders are subject to a fixed shipping fee of [60 EGP]. This fee is clearly displayed at checkout before the payment process is completed.

1.3 Try-On and Refusal Policy

For your convenience, customers are permitted to try on the item upon the courier's arrival.

However, if you choose to refuse the entire package after the try-on, you will be liable for the full shipping fee. This fee will be collected by the delivery agent at the time of refusal to cover the logistical costs incurred for the attempted delivery.

2. Order Management

2.1 Full Package Receipt Rule

To maintain the integrity of our inventory and logistics process, all orders containing multiple items must be treated as a single unit. You must either receive the entire package or return the entire package. Partial delivery or partial return is strictly not permitted at the time of handover. If you wish to return only certain items, you must refuse the entire package and place a new order for the items you wish to keep.

2.2 Order Edits and Cancellation

Once an order is placed, we are unable to accommodate requests to add, remove, or edit items within that existing order. If changes are necessary, we can cancel the entire order, and you may then place a new order at your own responsibility.

3. Returns and Exchanges

3.1 Return Window and Condition

We accept requests for a refund or exchange within 14 calendar days from the date your order was delivered.

To be eligible, the item must be in pristine, resalable condition. This requires the product to be unused, unworn, and unwashed, and must include all original packaging, labels, and tags attached. Items that do not meet these strict criteria will be returned to the customer at their expense.

3.2 Exchange Availability

Exchanges are processed strictly based on the availability of the desired item or size in our current inventory. If the requested item or size is not in stock, we will process a full refund for the returned item, and you may place a new order for an alternative item at your convenience.
